Qualifications:

Extensive detention, corrections, or law enforcement leadership experience.

Experience managing large teams and complex operations.

Strong operational, budgetary, and strategic planning capabilities.

The ability to lead within a highly regulated correctional environment.

South Carolina certification requirements or the ability to obtain reciprocity as required by the County
